Quality of Life and Working Conditions Week took place within the somater Group !

From June 15th to 19th, the Quality of Life and Working Conditions Week took place within the somater Group.

For this occasion, an awareness-raising initiative was rolled out across all teams, including videos and quizzes, to engage our employees around the 2026 theme: management.

This key moment reflects our ambition to make QWL a concrete, collective and long-term topic, serving both our employees and the company’s performance.

It was also an opportunity for some sites to lead local initiatives, such as at Somater Andeville, where teams shared enjoyable gourmet breaks!
