2025 Equality Index Results

In 2025, the male/female equality indices in the workplace were as follows:

  • Somater scored 94/100
  • Plastuni Normandie scored 84/100

We are committed to actively pursuing our policy in favor of professional equality, which is a key component of our HR policy and our sustainable performance:

  • Reduction of pay gaps through detailed annual analysis of gaps, systematic verification of increases, promotions to neutralize unjustified gaps, and communication during CSE (Social and Economic Committee) meetings.
  • Enabling women to access the highest salaries by identifying and supporting female talent, providing greater access to management roles, and promoting upward internal mobility for existing female employees.
