We had the honor of welcoming at our Marolles site the Sub-Prefect of Sarthe, the Mayor of Marolles-lès-Saint-Calais, the President of the Community of Communes of the Braye and Anille Valleys, and the Economic Development Officer.

This visit provided an opportunity for constructive dialogue between Somater, government representatives, and elected officials. We were able to share our realities on the ground:

  • The level of regulatory requirements we meet,
  • The key role of public policy in giving mid-sized companies the means to achieve their ambitions,
  • Our teams’ commitment to competitiveness, performance, and responsibility.

Our discussions were particularly fruitful on economic and regional issues: taxation, competitiveness, employment, CSR, and local development.
